    Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Josh Kenyon of NAI Earle Furman represented seller Garrett Parcels LLC in the sale of 3.25 acres located on Milam Road and Old Stage Road in Salem to King Asphalt Inc.


    Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Spiers of Pintail represented the seller and buyer in the investment sale of a 4,536-square-foot multi-tenant office building at 3115-D Brushy Creek Road in Greer.


    Pete Brett of KDS Caine represented Atlas Limit Lifters LLC in leasing 1,775 square feet of office/retail space in Suite C at 600 Laurens Road in Greenville. The landlord is Laurens Road Investors LLC.


    Rusty Hamrick of Huff Creek Properties represented the seller in the sale of 143.94 acres of recreational land located on Highway 72 in Clinton.


    Earle Furman of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 900 square feet of retail space in Suite B at 712 S. Main St. in Greenville.


    Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Josh Kenyon of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Appian CRP LLC, in a lease renewal of 35,000 square feet of industrial space at 179 Regional Parkway in Orangeburg to Seedway LLC.


    Geoff Beans and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Prescott Square-Woodruff LLC and Squire-One Woodruff LLC, in leasing 1,500 square feet of retail space in Suite C at 1401 Woodruff Road in Greenville to Adecco USA Inc.


    Ravi Patel bought 0.86 acres of land at 7528 Valley Falls Road in Spartanburg for $325,000 from Palmetto Unlimited Builder LLC. Both buyer and seller were represented by Grayson Atkins of Spencer/Hines Properties.


    Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. represented the landlord in the leasing of 14,100 square feet of retail space in Unit 1010B at 1600 John B. White Sr. Blvd. in Spartanburg. Camelot Center LLC leased the space to Hair Depot LLC, doing business as The Hair Depot.


    Lowcountry

    Walter Reid and David Newman of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the seller, Jason E. Price and Kathleen B. Price, in the sale of 2.52 acres of land space at Old Beech Hill Road, Lots 8 and 9, in Ridgeville to Saint John EOTC.


    Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Southern Shores represented the landlord, Sandlapper One Associates LLC, in the lease of 10,103 square feet of warehouse space in Suite 200 at 7635 Sandlapper Parkway in North Charleston to AUSA US Corp.


    Ben Perrone and John Nunn of CHS Property Team-Rainbow Row Real Estate represented the tenant, Condon Edwards Family Law & Mediation, in the lease of 2,087 square feet of office space at 1090 E. Montague Ave. in North Charleston from MDSW Properties LLC. Charles Fitzhenry of RealtyLink Commercial LLC represented the landlord.


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Salon Indigo, in the lease of 1,160 square feet of retail space at 1500 N. Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The landlord is ZRP Wando Crossing LLC, represented by Josh Owens of Ziff Properties.


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens and Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Folly Camp LLC c/o Kahn Development Co., in the lease of 1,223 square feet of retail space in Unit I at 915 Folly Road in Charleston to Flora Designs LLC, doing business as Flora by Hannah.


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens and Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Garrett Centers LLC, in the lease of 3,367 square feet of retail space in Unit I at 1013 Old Highway 52 in Moncks Corner to Augustin Camacho.     Midlands

    Rox Pollard and John Gressette of Colliers represented JCF Holdings LLC in the sale of 0.61 acres of land at 1040 Meeting St. in West Columbia to Vertex Bravo LLC.


    John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 0.46 acres at Broad River Road in Columbia for $52,000.


    Will DuPree and Jeff Hein of NAI Columbia leased 24,000 square feet of office space at 180-186 Dunbarton Road in Florence.


    Will DuPree and Bill Lamar of NAI Columbia leased 22,803 square feet at NE Medical Center in Columbia.


    Patrick Palmer and Bobby Balboni of NAI Columbia leased 7,150 square feet in Augusta Square at 3412 Wrightsboro Road in Augusta.


    Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 6,144-square-foot office building at 1931 Assembly St. in Columbia for $790,000.


    Rob Lapin and Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 11 acres at 101 Sandalwood Road in Leesville for $3 million.

    Roger Winn and William Mills of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 12,641-square-foot retail space at 2571 Forest Drive in Columbia.
