GLEN JEAN, WV (WVNS) – There is a brand new event you do not want to miss this weekend.

Whizzbangers Ball, featuring Tyler Childers, to be held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve

The Whizzbangers Ball will be taking over the Summit Bechtel Reserve on June 14th and 15th.

It is a first of its kind event where you can enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing, ziplining, throwing knives, fishing and more – all while listening to live music.

You can also check out the many different food trucks, along with big and small businesses setting up shop throughout both days.

WhizzBangBAM! Media Liaison, Meg Osborne, told 59News how they intend to give West Virginia businesses the spotlight this weekend.

“Our whole thing as a management company is to try to keep it local, because our artists are just as good as national artists. We believe the same thing with companies, like West Virginia-based breweries,” said Osborne.

    Tickets are still available.

It is $150 for adult tickets and $60 for kids 12 and under. Children under 5 years old will be able to get in free.
