However, it seems that Scarlip was feeling hot and spicy herself so she joined in on all the twerk action. However, her display of cheek shaking has sparked some negative reactions from her fans.

Fresh into the rap game, Scarlip has made her presence known with hits like “New York” and her infamous “Glizzy Gobbler.” The rap star has even landed a spot on the new Bad Boys film soundtrack. Now, on the track, “Mike T,” (a reference to Mike Tyson), ScarLip raps, “Check on b*tch like Nike/Flex on a b*tch like Spike Lee,” she raps. “Beat on a b*tch like Mike T/ Don’t run her up, tell a hoe come find me.”

It was a big move for the entertainer and even more of a special moment for her. She took to social media to express gratitude for being a part of such a huge production. She said,

“I’m just so amazed at my life,” she began. “That’s crazy. Where I’m from bro, that sh*t…I really worked hard in my life, you feel me?” She continued: “To be there [at the film’s premiere] and just to see Martin and Will Smith for the first time in my life, and to hear my song in a movie, I said, ‘I did it.’ I can’t believe that.”
