Morrison County District Court misdemeanor sentences

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Logan Scott Atkinson, 28, Little Falls (offense: 3/23/24) — Second-degree DWI, fined $985 and sentenced to 45 days in jail, 45 days under alcohol-sensitive house arrest and supervised probation for four years.

• Matthew Ross Love, 43, Brainerd (offense: 7/16/23) — Violating OFP, fined $385 and sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Karla Ann Crowe, 54, Pierz (offense: 2/7/24) — Second-degree DWI, fined $715 and sentenced to one day in jail, 29 days under alcohol-sensitive house arrest and supervised probation for four years.

• Maverick Michael Kowalczyk, 22, Pierz (offense: 3/10/24) — Third-degree DWI, fined $685 and sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

• Garret Lee Kroll, 26, Little Falls (offense: 3/14/24) — Third-degree DWI, fined $535 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for four years.
