Wayment! Roommates, Mr. Papers and Foxy Brown, gagged social media by seemingly announcing their rekindled relationship this week. Papers’ last known public relationship was with Lil’ Kim, with whom he shares a daughter named Royal Reign .

Amid the talks, a video of Papers alleging he first dated Foxy when he was 16 years old has resurfaced. Foxy would have been around 26 at the time.

Here’s Why Social Media Users Think Mr. Papers & Foxy Brown Are Dating

The dating rumors began to unfold on June 14 when Foxy took to her Instagram Story to post a message directed at Mr. Papers.

“Happy birthday,” she wrote, adding, “Block spinna 20 years later haaaa.” Mr. Papers reposted the post and added, “Daddy love you mama.”

So, why is social media invested? For one, Foxy Brown and Lil’ Kim have had a long-standing public feud since the late 1990s. Their feud spawned multiple diss records and bars over the years.

As mentioned, Papers and Kim dated on and off from 2012 to 2021 and continue to co-parent their daughter, who celebrated a birthday this week. Meanwhile, fans of her mommy have peeped that she has also found a love interest in rapper X.

Video Resurfaces Of Rapper Explaining His Dating History With Foxy

While Papers and Foxy’s link-up is collecting side-eyes, the rapper has previously spoken on his dating history with the Brooklyn emcee.

A 2019 interview featuring Papers on ‘Sway In The Morning’ shows him explaining that he met Foxy a couple weeks before his 17th birthday. He confirmed that she became his “girl” and that they were “fornicating” despite her being 10 years his senior. He was reportedly born in 1988, while Brown was born in 1978.

HotNewHipHop reports that he also spoke about dating the Brooklyn rapper in 2020, he told Gillie da Kid on a livestream, “Before Kim, I used to f*** with Foxy Brown and all that.”

The rekindled couple have seemingly been friendly on social media since at least 2022, per HNHH. He reportedly wrote a birthday message for Brown’s daughter on social media that year.
