    Road watch: What's on tap for the road commission this week?

    The following projects are slated for the week by the St. Clair County Road Commission. All projects are weather dependent.

    • Casco/Ira Township - Bethuy Road at Marine City Highway will be under construction for intersection improvements. Bethuy will be a fully closed at the intersection, and Marine City Highway traffic will be maintained with temporary traffic signals. This project will continue through late June.
    • China Township - St. Clair Highway between King and Indian Trail will be closed to all traffic due to a crossroad culvert replacement project continuing through Jun 21.
    • Clyde Township – North Road between Walker and Krafft will have intermittent lane closures due to a ditching project during the week of June 17.
    • Clyde Township – Vincent Road between Walker and Maitland will have intermittent lane closures due to a ditching project during the week of June 17.
    • Clyde/Kimball/Port Huron Township – West Water Street between Atkins and Strawberry will have intermittent land closures due to microsurfacing during the week of June 17.
    • Cottrellville Township – Starville Road between Broadbridge and Shea will have a one day full closure due to a crossroad culvert replacement during the week onf June 17.
    • Fort Gratiot Township – State Road between Carrigan and Keewahdin will be closed to all traffic due to a culvert replacement in the area starting the week of June 17 and continuing through July 1.
    • Lynn Township – Martin Road between Dudley and Speaker will be closed due to bridge work in the area. This full closure will begin June 18 and remain closed through June 21.
    • Lynn Township – Fulton Road between Sterling and Kelly will be closed due to bridge work in the area. This full closure will begin June 18 and remain closed through June 25.
    • Lynn/Mussey Township – Capac Road between Koehn and Yale will have intermittent lane closures due to microsurfacing during the week of June 17.
    • Port Huron/Kimball Township – WB I-94 between Michigan and Gratiot will have lane closures due to concrete patching throughout the week of June 17.
