Jada Pinkett Smith thanks husband Will Smith 'for being a devoted girl dad/boy dad' on Father's Day

Jada Pinkett Smith celebrated Father's Day by sharing a snap of her husband Will Smith napping on the patio of their $42M Calabasas compound while surrounded by his blended family on Sunday.

'Will thank you for being a devoted girl dad/boy dad and doing all you do. Happy Father's Day,' the 52-year-old Worth author - who limits Instagram comments - captioned her post .

'You deserve the rest.'

Jada's public display of affection came a couple weeks after the family put on a united front at the Hollywood premiere of the disgraced 55-year-old Oscar winner's movie Bad Boys: Ride Or Die at the TCL Chinese Theater on May 30.

Pinkett Smith and Will were secretly separated for six years before she notoriously rekindled their romance in 2022 after he violently slapped comedian Chris Rock , who had cracked a bald joke about her, onstage the 94th Academy Awards (which got him banned for a decade).

2016 also happened to be the same year the Queen Cleopatra producer-narrator - who 'never wanted to get married - embarked on an 'entanglement' with her son Jaden Smith's friend August Alsina when he was 23 and she was 44.

Pinkett Smith and the West Philly native will next celebrate the 26th birthday of their son - Wait For Me singer Jaden Smith - on July 8.

The Daytime Emmy-winning producer and Will are also proud parents of 23-year-old daughter Willow Smith, who recently co-authored a novel titled Black Sheild Maiden and her sixth studio album titled Empathogen.

Smith fathered his eldest child - 31-year-old son Trey Smith - during his three-year marriage to Sheree Zampino, which ended in 1995.

The four-time Grammy winner's $100M-budget buddy cop comedy Bad Boys: Ride or Die has amassed $214.6M at the global box office since opening June 7.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die also features Martin Lawrence, Joe Pantoliano, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Núñez, Jacob Scipio, DJ Khaled, Tasha Smith, Eric Dane, Ioan Gruffudd, Rhea Seehorn, Melanie Liburd, and Tiffany Haddish.

The original Bad Boys trilogy (spanning 1995-2020) amassed a combined $841.2M at the global box office.

Creator George Gallo's action franchise also spawned a dismally-reviewed Spectrum Originals spin-off series L.A.'s Finest, starring Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union, which aired for two seasons spanning 2019-2020.

Smith remains an executive producer on Cobra Kai, and the first part of the 15-episode sixth (and final) season premieres July 18 on Netflix.

This fall, the Fresh Prince alum produces and stars in Stefano Sollima's action-thriller Sugar Bandits, which is centered on a former special forces soldier who runs an elite vigilante squad working to wipe out the drug trade in Boston - according to Deadline .

Will is also set to team up with Michael B. Jordan on Warner Bros. sequel to I Am Legend, which is set a few decades later than the first film.

'We're still working on the script and getting that up to par,' Jordan told People on June 5.
