Angelina Jolie and Daughter Vivienne Shut Down Tonys Red Carpet with Matching Teal Outfits

Just months after making a rare appearance at The Outsiders Broadway premiere, Angelina Jolie and 15-year-old daughter Vivienne (who both serve as producers on the show ) undoubtedly turned heads on the 2024 Tony Awards red carpet with their matching teal ensembles.

Last night, the Mr. & Mrs. Smith alum, 49, brought a pop of color to the red navy blue carpet by wearing an elegant custom Atelier Versace dress with a plunging neckline and ruched detailing around the bodice. She paired the velvet look with a matching shawl, which cascaded around her shoulders.

In contrast, Vivienne sported a much darker teal-colored vest with coordinating pants and a bowtie. The teenager completed the look with a white button-up shirt and a pair of black Converse. And if that weren’t enough, the mother-daughter duo looked like carbon copies of each other with their straightened dark blonde hair .

Not only did Angelina and Vivienne have a fashion moment on the awards show carpet, but they also took home their first Tony Award. The mother-daughter duo joined The Outsiders cast and crew onstage as the Broadway production (which is inspired by S. E. Hinton’s coming-of-age novel and the 1983 movie of the same name) was announced as the winner of the Best Musical award.

As I mentioned earlier, Angelina and Vivienne attended the premiere of The Outsiders musical at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in New York City back in April. While walking the red carpet, Angelina chatted with People and shared what it was like working with her 15-year-old daughter, who was her mother’s volunteer assistant.

“She’ll correct me,” the Maleficent actress told the outlet. “She’ll say, ‘Didn’t you read the memo? We have to do this. We have to go through this.’”
