I loved traveling before becoming a mom, but I'm pretty sure I love it even more now that I have a little sidekick to share my adventures with. My daughter is now four and we travel a lot together, including the big family vacation we take every year. The only problem with family vacations, though? There's not a lot of privacy to go around. Sometimes, you just want to be in your own space, especially after a tiring day in the heat, and cruise vacations only make it harder. And other times, you want to be behind closed doors for... other reasons.

But even if you know you won't have the time or space available to be intimate with your husband on a family trip, that doesn't stop them from trying! Please see Exhibit A:

Let's be honest: What we see here in this TikTok video that @darinandjosh shared on Sunday, June 16, is such typical husband behavior that it's hard not to laugh.

When their family was checking out their stateroom on their Disney Cruise , the kids showed how their part of the room had a curtain they could close for privacy. As they demonstrated how it worked, one of them said, "so when we sleep, we have this."

Cue Dad, nodding at Mom who was behind the camera, saying, "You're saying there's a chance!" There's only one thing on his mind!

In the comments, plenty of people could relate. One person wrote, "Exactly what my husband would say," while another commented, "This is my husband 24/7. He will find a pocket of time."

We really are all married to the same guy, huh...

Getting Privacy on a Disney Cruise

If you need a little kid-free time on your cruise — either for certain activities or just to have time to relax without finding a little person snacks or refereeing fights over pool floats — there are ways to get it that don't involve a curtain.

For example, every Disney Cruise ship has kids' clubs that are free to use and pretty neat. And by "neat," I mean incredible; I've toured each of them on the Disney Wonder and not only do they include so many Disney details in their playgrounds and their activities, but characters are known to pop in and make the kids' day, too.

There are different clubs for each age group, including teens, so you know that your kids are having fun and are safe at the same time. Your littlest kiddos (ages six months to three years) can also spend time at the nursery, though you will have to pay a rate of around $9 per hour until they age up into the older kids' clubs.

Still, totally worth it to have some time alone together in the room — or check out the adults' only pool, hit the spa, go to one of the bars on the ship, eat lunch without having to entertain a small person... the list is endless.
