PK Kemsley Celebrates Six Months Sober Amid Dorit Separation

PK Kemsley has a lot to be thankful for. He proudly posted on social media that he is six months sober. This bit of good news is a bright light amongst the recent media coverage focused on his separation from wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley . Which honestly, wasn’t too shocking based on how they acted during the latest season of the show. However, PK did not dwell on that. Instead, he wrote a sweet message to celebrate his sobriety.

PK Kemsley’s sober Father’s Day was one to remember

Most people know that PK has two children with Dorit. They have a 10-year-old son, Jagger, and an eight-year-old daughter, Phoenix. PK also has three older children from a previous marriage. And I’m sure all of his kids were touched by their dad’s message and the special day he posted it.

It just so happens that PK’s six months of sobriety landed on Father’s Day weekend. PK took to Instagram to share his update. He wrote, “On Father’s Day the greatest gift I can give my 5 kids is to remain sober … grateful and proud to say this weekend I am 6 months … Happy Fathers Day to all you great dads out there doing your best.”

Could focusing on his sobriety also bring he and Dorit back together? One would hope the two could work it out. Not only were they a sweet and fun couple, but they were a great team as parents to their children. It seemed like nothing could tear the bubs apart.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse after their home invasion. Dorit dealt with PTSD, and PK was pulled over for a DUI. During season 13 of RHOBH, PK also traveled a lot for work, and the constant separation was hard for the two of them.

Here’s to hoping PK’s sobriety not only has him focused on being a great dad, but also brings he and Dorit a step closer to repairing their relationship once again.
