Fox News’ Harris Faulkner warned billionaire Mark Cuban on Outnumbered Tuesday that continuing to go after former President and presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump might hurt his bottom line.

In a segment targeting Cuban for lecturing others about climate change while holding on to a private jet collection, Brian Kilmeade observed that Trump and Cuban used to be friendly before the January 6 Capitol riot, but that Cuban is now “going to work hard behind the scenes” to defeat Trump in the 2024 election. In March, Cuban described Trump as a “snake oil salesman” and announced his intention to vote for President Joe Biden in the fall.

“One will tell you his snake oil will cure everything that ails you. The other will show you the details of his policies through charts, graphs and statements,” argued Cuban. “If they were having his last wake, and it was him [Biden] versus Trump, and he was being given last rites, I would still vote for Joe Biden”

On Tuesday, Kilmeade submitted that Cuban “can’t feel good about his candidate” before asserting that Biden is “anti-business” and “anti-entrepreneurship,” which is “everything that made him [Cuban] great.”

That’s when Faulkner weighed in to suggest that Cuban’s political activism could come back to bite him in still more ways.

“Well, and I would imagine that if you’re leading a corporation the way that Mark Cuban is kind of like Kevin O’Leary in the sense that they have all of, you know, these things in their lives corporately and all the different ideas they have,” began Faulkner. “You got to be careful with your politics because you need employees. And I wonder what the employee base looks like when when you’re that vocal saying, ‘I hate Trump.'”

“Right?” agreed her cohost Emily Compagno.
