Drunk father found passed out in car while driving with 11-year-old son

HARRIS COUNTY, TX - According to Harris County Constable Mark Herman's Office, Precinct 4, deputies arrested a suspect for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger on June 15, 2024.

Deputies responded to the 22900 block of River Birch Drive after reports of a male passed out in a vehicle sitting in a moving lane of traffic. Upon arrival, deputies located the driver, identified as Enroy Levy, asleep behind the wheel with an 11-year-old child in the vehicle.

Levy displayed multiple signs of intoxication, and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests confirmed he was driving while intoxicated. Child Protective Services were notified, and the child was released to a guardian who arrived at the scene.
