Britney Spears posts cryptic cocktail photo hours after ex Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest

Britney Spears has apparently broken her silence on ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s alleged drunk driving bust by posting a cryptic snap of her fruity cocktail on social media.

The “Toxic” singer, 42, took to Instagram late Tuesday to toast the “little things” — just hours after her ex’s bloodshot-eyed mugshot started being shared widely online.

“It’s the little things you know,” Spears wrote alongside a shot of her colorful cocktail glass.

Her mysterious post came soon after Timberlake, 43, was pulled over after leaving the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI, in his gray BMW just after midnight.

He’d allegedly blown through a stop sign and swerved out of his lane just prior to being stopped.

The “SexyBack” singer then told arresting officers he’d only had “one martini” while refusing three times to take a Breathalyzer test, court records show.

Spears, who dated Timberlake from 1999 to 2002 , didn’t elaborate any further in her cryptic post.

The former couple, both “All New Mickey Mouse Club” stars, had a tumultuous relationship — complete with accusations of cheating from both sides.

After their breakup, Timberlake released his hit song “Cry Me a River,” which insinuated Spears had been unfaithful.

Then, years later, Spears returned fire in her 2023 memoir, “The Woman in Me,” where she leveled a number of accusations against her ex — including that he was the cheater.

The “Stronger” singer claimed, too, that she’d han abortion when they were together because Timberlake was apparently not ready to be a father.

Timberlake, who shares two kids with wife Jessica Biel, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane.

He was released without bail after his arraignment later Tuesday morning.
