Ohio-based AeroFlexx, a full-service liquid packaging company, recently announced a strategic partnership with Poland-based Chemipack, a company supplying liquid concentrates for a variety of applications.

The partnership will allow the companies to address industry demand and critical packaging initiatives. In addition, AeroFlexx’s packaging is gaining traction in the European market, allowing the company to broaden its global footprint. Chemipack hopes to significantly expand its position to ensure lasting value.

“By partnering with Chemipack, we are strategically positioned to meet our European customers’ demand, enabling AeroFlexx to enter the market and scale rapidly,” Kevin Green, AeroFlexx vice president of commercial. “Chemipack’s top-quality production and agile approach are vital as we continue to support our robust and growing pipeline.”

Chemipack produces a wide range of products under private labels for clients, retail chains and fuel stations in Poland and Europe. Its liquid concentrates are used in industrial fluids, household and personal care products, wet wipes and other products.

The company has five production lines capable of manufacturing and filling more than 26.4 million gallons of liquids annually.

AeroFlexx is a portfolio company of Innventure. It serves customers in the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia. The company combines flexible and rigid packaging into a single product.
