Del Webb Sun Cities Museum has visitors from abroad

The Del Webb Sun Cities Museum met travelers from abroad this week.

Twenty members from the Gyaonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation  visited the museum from  South Korea. According to the Del Webb Sun Cities Museum Facebook page, the visitors were intrigued and impressed with the story of the create and long-term success of the nation's very first active-adult retirement community.

The museum’s hours are Sunday from noon to 3 pm and Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. To verify if the museum will be open, call 623-974-2568.

The Del Webb Sun Cities Museum  hosted a special birthday party  May 17, to celebrate the 125 ^th birthday of Sun City’s founder, Delbert Eugene Webb.

The museum will be open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. May 17 to celebrate  Webb’s birthday.
