Smile 2 First Trailer Reveals Naomi Scott as Skye Riley

Smile 2 has its first trailer, and it looks like a combination of musical drama and horror as we're introduced to Skye Riley, a global pop sensation headed for the horror of a lifetime as terrifying events start to turn her dream into a nightmare.

Naomi Scott stars as Skye, joined by Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula and Ray Nicholson.

Paramount has shared an official synopsis for the film, which reveals:

About to embark on a new world tour, global pop sensation Skye Riley (Naomi Scott) begins experiencing increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events. Overwhelmed by the escalating horrors and the pressures of fame, Skye is forced to face her dark past to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control.

Parker Finn's Smile hit theaters in 2022 and landed a hefty profit at the box office when its $17 million budget reaped a $217.4 million reward and a Certified Fresh rating of 79% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.

Smile 2 is heading for theaters this year on October 18 and will feature original music performed by Naomi Scott, with the first song, "Blood on White Satin" already out now.
