Tired of jiggling? Want to wear less clothing in the hot weather with confidence? Here ae some tips to get buff and firm. Ask your people at The Gym for help with any of these tips.

Focus on your whole body. Yes, a six pack is the center piece but a toned back, arms and legs are worthy goals.

Weights first when you visit The Gym. Weight training first before cardio means you're strongest when you lift. Also lifting depletes your glycogen storages, so when you do cardio your body will burn body fat for energy, so you will get lean faster.

Up the intensity. Perform at least four different exercises in a row without resting. This makes your workout more intense, reduces training time you get a cardiovascular benefit.

Hydrate. You know this. If you are even 2 percent dehydrated, you can have performance issues at The Gym. Water in important to all bodily functions. Eight glasses of water a day is a minimum. Since it's warmer in the summer, go for more every day.

Try interval training. Interval training is alternating short bursts (approximately 30 seconds) of intense activity with longer intervals (three to four minutes) of less intense activity. You will burn more calories, be more efficient and improve your aerobic capacity.
