Trust us when we say your sweet tooth is in for a real treat. Our peanut butter caramel brown recipe is an indulgently delicious dessert, filled with the rich flavors of dark chocolate fudge brownie, creamy peanut butter and dulce de leche. This sweet-and-salty treat is guaranteed to satisfy every craving — it’s like eating a homemade version of a Snickers bar!

Plus, these brownies are a cinch to whip up, thanks to boxed brownie mix and canned dulce de leche. Just be sure to put the pan in the fridge to chill between adding the layers of peanut butter, dulce de leche and melted chocolate. This allows each layer to fully set and create that triple-decker look. Give this recipe a try and leave us a comment below.

Want something a bit more nostalgic? This S’mores Brownie Recipe is a take on a campfire classic for an ooey gooey bite that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime.

    • 1 (18.2 oz.) pkg. dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
    • ⅓ cup oil
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, at room temp.
    • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
    • 1 (13.4 oz.) can dulce de leche, at room temp.
    • ¾ cup cocktail peanuts, chopped
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • ½ cup heavy cream

    Instructions

    • Heat oven according to brownie mix package directions. Line 9" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray. In bowl, mix together brownie mix, 1⁄3 cup water, oil and egg until batter forms. Spread in pan. Bake until toothpick inserted 1" from edge comes out clean, 30–35 min. Cool.

    • In bowl, stir together peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth; spread over brownie. Cover; chill until topping is firm and chilled through, about 1 hr. Carefully spread dulce de leche over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with 1⁄2 cup peanuts, pressing lightly into dulche de leche layer. Cover; chill until firm and chilled, about 1 hr.

    • In microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and cream; microwave in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth; cool. Spread over brownies; sprinkle with remaining 1⁄4 cup peanuts. Chill until set, about 20 min. When ready to serve, using foil to help, lift from pan; cut into squares.
