Evan Alexander Smith (Merrily We Roll Along, Little Shop of Horrors) and David Josefsberg (Beetlejuice, Spamalot) join the Broadway cast of Back to the Future the Musical as George McFly and Strickland, respectively, beginning June 25. Tony winner Aaron Tveit has joined the company of MGM+'s upcoming series Earth Abides. Based on George R. Stewart's classic science fiction novel of the same name, Earth Abides will be written by showrunner Todd Komarnicki (Sully), under the guidance of executive producers Kearie Peak and Lighthouse Productions’ Michael Phillips and Juliana Maio. Earth Abides will debut on MGM+ in late 2024.
