Two new Executive Directors approved by ECISD Board of Trustees

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The Ector County ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to approve Robert Trejo and Veronica Reyes as new Executive Directors for the district during its monthly Board meeting Tuesday evening.

Robert Trejo was approved as the Executive Director of Accountability and School Improvement. Coming from Clint High School, Trejo has 17 years of experience in education from teaching to curriculum and instruction specialist to a decade of campus leadership. Trejo holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in math.

Veronica Reyes was approved as the Executive Director of Leadership. Reyes comes from El Paso ISD where she served as Executive Director of Specialized Learning since 2022. She has 11 years of administrative experience in middle school and high school and in multiple school districts, including three years as a principal and four years as a Bilingual Director.
