Jennifer Lopez Gives Fans A Closer Look Into Her Intense Workout Routine
Back in March, Lopez teamed up with Aim’n Sportswear, delighting fans with a video of her sporting a stylish pink workout ensemble while breaking a sweat.
Although the post didn't specify the number of repetitions or sets for each exercise, fitness expert Stephanie Mansour shared with TODAY: "This is a great full-body workout set up like a circuit. I’d recommend doing 10 reps of each exercise (starting with 10 world’s greatest stretches, so five to each side!) and then repeating the circuit for a total of 3 times."
One of Lopez's personal trainers, Dodd Romero, previously said to Oprah Daily: “She trains for roughly an hour, four to five times a week, focusing on different body parts each time.”
Another one of Lopez's trainers, David Kirch, has posted videos of the star performing core-strengthening exercises such as medicine ball sit-ups, along with platypus walks to enhance her famous glutes.
In 2016, Lopez revealed to HELLO! that dancing is one of her favorite forms of exercise, aiding her in keeping her toned body. She said at the time: "Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness."
