Well, Excuse Us! Mario Claps Back At Woman Who Called Out His Dating History With “White Girls”

Chile! Mario came through with the classy clapback after a woman accused him of loving snow bunnies! The singer addressed his dating preference more than six months after posting a woman who appeared to be non-Black on his Instagram.

His December shoutout showed the woman blushing in his passenger seat. There was no caption on the Insta-Story post, just two red hearts and the song “The Sweetest Thing’ by Refugee Camp All-Stars. Her identity was never uncovered, and it’s unclear what their bond was or if they’re still kicking it.

Mario Clears The Air On His Dating Preference

The ‘Just A Friend’ singer put us in his dating business after he revealed his exchange with a random woman on his Instagram Story on Thursday (June 20). He concealed the social media user’s identity, but her message was crystal clear. “But you like white girls tho [exhale emoticon],” she wrote.

It’s unclear what the woman –who appears to be Black from the profile photo attached to her message–was responding to. Nonetheless, Mario wasted no time clearing up his dating preference, even adding a lil’ jokey joke to top off his response.

“I like good energy and who loves me the way that’s healthy. Could be Black, white, Mexican, alien…I dated an alien before it was great,” Mario responded.

He added a blushing emoticon and seven alien emojis to the DM screenshot before sharing it on his ‘gram. He shared a follow-up video post speaking, but the video has no audio and could likely be him trolling the critics! “And I mean that from the heart,” he added to the audio less clip.

For context, his last public relationship — shared by The Shade Room — is dated January 2021. The singer and Kris Stephens made their Instagram debut after Kris shared Mario’s efforts for her birthday, including a trip complete with a chef and gifts on gifts!

In his latest Instagram post from Thursday, the singer flashed his abs as he walked a balcony while smoking a cigar in what looked like a tropical location. He wore some shades and wrote, “It’s almost that time.” ‘It Was A Good Day,’ by Ice Cube, played in the background.

Now, we can’t say whether his “sweetest thing” from December was with him, but at least we now know the R&B singer is allegedly here for all flavors of women!
