Addressing her followers in the video, she states: "Welcome back to this eggcellent series where I show you how to make the most eggcellent eggs. Today it's fried eggs with the crispiest edges."

She outlines the process like this: "Add a generous amount of olive oil into a very hot stainless steel pan and then crack your eggs directly into it."

"It's important your pan is hot and we have enough oil to work with, as it not only gets those edges golden and crispy but it will also help cook the egg whites.

"Give the pan a little swirl to help the oil get under and round the egg whites edges. Lightly salt the egg yolk for a little extra flavour."

"Tilt your pan so the oil creates a pool and then directly spoon it over the egg whites until they puff up and are fully cooked.

"Be very careful not to touch the egg yolk with that hot oil as we want the yolk nice and runny."

"When your egg is ready, work the spatula around the edges and take it off the heat.

"Serve on a piece of olive oil fried sourdough and some cracked black pepper on that egg yolk."

"Woah that looks amazing," one commentator wrote, while another said, "That looks way too good."
