Convictions: June 10-17

— Marni Linette Rhyan, 53, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony fourth degree assault of a peace officer – throw, transfers bodily fluids or feces at or onto an officer. She must follow several conditions. She was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs – possess 1,2,3,4 – not small amount of marijuana. She was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 187 days in jail. He was given credit for 177 days served. She was sentenced to a second count of gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 334 days in jail. She was given credit for 30 days served.

— Tiffany Patricia Renee Stevens, 39, Brownsdale, was sentenced to one year supervised probation each for two counts of gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 275 days in jail. She was given credit for 89 days served. The sentences are to run concurrently.

— Oscar Armando Vargas, 28, Bayport, Minnesota, was sentenced to 140 months in prison for felony criminal sexual conduct-second degree-victim under 13-actor over 36 months old.

— Dean Ryan Kline, 40, St. Anthony, Minnesota, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony first degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $3,938.46 in restitution.
