The West Virginia Is For Lovers Festival to move to the Charleston Coliseum

CHARLESTON, WV (WVNS) — Those who plan to attend West Virginia Is For Lovers Festival in July 2024 will see a location change for the event.

Due to technical production constraints, the West Virginia Is For Lovers Festival, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2024 at GoMart Ballpark, will be moved to the Charleston Coliseum.

Those who already bought tickets for the event will not need to do anything, as they will be given new tickets through the Coliseum Box Office. Tickets for the event can be found at the Coliseum Box Office or at ticketmaster.com.

Various artists will be featured at the festival, including Hawthorne Heights, Anberlin, Emery, A Story Told, Underoath, Thursday, Armor for Sleep, and This Wild Life.

Six regional bands from West Virginia will join the artists who will be at the festival: The Wearing Hands from Beckley, Roy F. Bush from Charleston, Golden from Charleston, FallFiftyFeet from Wheeling, The Danger of Falling from Morgantown, and Emmalea Deal and the Hot Mess. They will also be joined by Life in Idle from Kettering Ohio.
