    Rivkin Radler Partner Tamika N. Hardy concentrates her practice on litigating employment, commercial and banking disputes.

    The attorney represents employers and property owners in matters involving claims of employment and/or housing discrimination, harassment and retaliation as well as violations of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and confidentiality agreements. She also represents corporate entities, officers, directors, partners and shareholders in business disputes and tort claims.

    Hardy served on the New York State Bar Association’s committee on diversity, equity and inclusion for the 2022-2023 term and the Suffolk County board of ethics. She is also a member of the Nassau County Committee on Equal Justice in the Courts.

    Actively involved in the National Bar Association, Hardy is a member of the Labor and Employment Section and Women Lawyers Division. She is a past president of the Amistad Long Island Black Bar Association and is currently a member of Amistad’s board of directors.

    LIBN previously presented Hardy with a 40 Under 40 Award and a Leadership in Law Associate Award. More recently, she was awarded a Diversity in Business Award from LIBN this year. She also was awarded a fellowship from the NYSBA’s Labor and Employment Law Section on Diversity for 2018-2020. The National Bar’s Women Lawyers Division honored Hardy with its Outstanding Minority Partner at a Majority Firm Award in 2024,

    Hardy earned her Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
