Tritec Real Estate Company Executive Vice President and Partner Kelley Coughlan Heck focuses on acquisition, entitlements, financing, leasing and business development projects along with community engagement, underscoring the company's commitment to earning the support of the communities it serves.

Heck also provides financial analysis, due diligence and recommendations on developing, planning and managing Tritec projects throughout the Long Island market. She is passionate about sustainability, environmental protection and smart growth.

Heck’s role has included serving as one of the lead developers for Tritec’s two largest Long Island projects, Shoregate and Station Yards. Shoregate is a 418-unit transit-oriented development in the heart of Bay Shore. This award-winning project has 50,000 square feet of amenities and 1,650 square feet of retail space leased to Roto, a local staple.

Prior to joining Tritec in 2014, Heck honed her skills at Bloomberg, where she served as deputy manager in the equity analytics department and, eventually, as an account manager for equity buy-side clientele. She also worked in Nantucket, Mass., as a marine research technician on a shellfish propagation project.

Heck holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, concentrating on the complexities that link international finance and environmental resource conservation. She is a member of the Long Island Association’s Young Professionals Committee, and she serves on the boards of Long Island Home Builders Care, The Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University, Long Island Builders Institute, the New York League of Conservation Voters Long Island Chapter and Newsday’s Next LI advisory board.
