J.M. Biggs: Refrain from hateful, heartless speech

The Bible tells us that God is love. It also tells us that God made man in his own image and likeness.

Now, I can understand unsaved people not walking in love but the church is another subject. I have never seen so many hateful, heartless and downright evil people in my whole life.

All we have to do is to go on social media. You will see first-hand, some of the saints slaying each other. Don’t you know when you do those kinds of things, you open the door for demonic activity to come in? Please understand what I’m telling you.

There are evil forces just waiting for the opportunity to destroy you. Do you realize how many times the Lord has saved your life in one day? And most of the time you are not even aware of it. You’re too busy acting unseemly. Some of the saints are so mean and evil it is a wonder that fire doesn’t come down from heaven and consume them.

It has been said that the major cause of marriage failure is finances. That’s not true. It is lack of love. Why is there lack of love? One reason is your mouth.

Some people talk so much, they talk in their sleep — all the time grieving the Holy Spirit. A lot of them don’t know how to talk to their spouses. Day in and day out, some are constantly disrespecting one another, or emotionally hurting one another. I’m talking about the saints.

Guess what? Your children are taking notes. When you have one saved spouse treating the other like a dog, that is a serious problem. Yet they go to church, and begin to praise the Lord like they are holy.

The Lord sees how evil the church has become. The tribulation period in the Book of Revelation will take care of all that. The Bible declares: “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those that hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.” Luke 6:27-28.

The Bible says this to married folk. “Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husband, as unto the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loves the church, and gave himself for it.” Ephesians 5:22 and 25.

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamour and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice; be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. Ephesians 4:29-32.

Don’t be deceived by the enemy any longer telling you that your salvation is just fine. God knows your heart will not work anymore. Once saved, always saved, will not work either. We must walk in obedience, love, and holiness. Then we will win a multitude of souls to the Lord.

I love you, and I am always praying for you. God bless!
