To help military families prepare for the upcoming back-to-school season, KinderCare Learning Centers is offering a complimentary day of child care this summer to help them plan ahead for their fall care needs.

Families with children between the ages of six weeks to 6th grade, who are not currently enrolled in a KinderCare Learning Companies program, may sign up for a complimentary day at a KinderCare Learning Center from now through July 26.

“Child care can be one of the most difficult choices parents make for their children. It’s about finding a tailored approach that meets your child's needs, which can be more difficult for military families who often have to make multiple moves from state to state,” said Michael Canavin, president of KinderCare Learning Centers and Crème de la Crème School. “That’s why we’re offering families a no-cost, first-hand look at KinderCare’s high-quality learning environments, so they can see if KinderCare will be a fit for their family this back-to-school season.”

In partnership with Child Care Aware of America, KinderCare supports military families’ care needs when child care centers on base are full. Each of KinderCare’s 1,500 learning centers around the country works with military families to ease the burden of a transfer by providing tuition benefits and enrollment support. That helps lessen the load for military parents by providing a safe, familiar center in a new location with the same curriculum, classroom structure, and overall general routine and communication app, providing a sense of consistency and normalcy for the entire family, even if the family has to relocate.

Availability may vary depending on location and the children’s ages. To learn more, visit here.
