Brian Daboll Shows Off Weight-Loss Transformation at Giants 100 Event

New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll and his wife, Beth, presumably wanted to look their best when the team celebrated its 100th year as a franchise, and that’s exactly what happened when the two showed up looking noticeably slimmer at the “New York Giants 100: A Night with Legends” event at Madison Square Garden last week.

Reporters first noticed Daboll’s weight loss during the team’s rookie and mandatory minicamps, though he downplayed the attention he was getting because of it while noting he had participated in an organizational weight-loss challenge with other staff members this offseason.

“I don’t know about that one,” Daboll said, via the New York Post . “It’s like throwing a chair off of a yacht. That’s where I’m at.”

This isn’t the first time that Daboll has shed some pounds between seasons.

He lost approximately 50 pounds between January and June 2022 after being named the Giants head coach as a result of a bet with a colleague. He did, however, gain 20 of it back once the team started practicing again.

Daboll has mentioned in the past wanting to implement a diet change when the Giants aren’t in-season.
