“An item that I love to purchase from Costco is the Cherry Bay Orchards Tart cherry concentrate,” says Danielle Mach, MS, RDN, owner of Nutrition Revamped, in Chicago, Illinois. “It’s an affordable cherry juice concentrate – you get two 32 fl oz jugs – and it tends to be more available in the summer due to it being primarily cherry season.
