A Golden Retriever gave the most disappointed face after he realized he wasn't going to get a treat during a shopping trip, and it's got everyone laughing.

In a 10-second video , we get to see all of Maui's personality with a simple, quiet look that is very loud.

"When spare human decided to join you and mom on your shopping trip so all you got is poop bags than we came for instead of 10 new toys and 5 extra treato bags," the text on the video reads.
In the clip, Maui, a Golden Retriever and a cute Corgi named Ruby and they're in the car.
It's clear really quickly that Maui is not happy. He's sitting in the car, and he's making that really cute face that Golden Retrievers are good at making when they want to get their way or are trying to let parents know that they're upset. And that's what Maui was: he was upset.
He though they were going to the store to get treats, but that's not at all what they left with. He turns his head and you can see his sweet eyes twitch a little. But his pout is what steals the show. He has a very literal frown and his eyes are heartbreaking but in a funny way.
Adding to the hilariousness of this clip is Ruby , who is near the camera just kind of doing her own thing, oblivious to Maui's upset.

Golden Retrievers Are Known for Their Personality
There's a big reason this dog breed has been one of the top favorites across the country for a really long time and it's thanks to their personality.
According to the HIll's , the Golden Retriever is "even-tempered, intelligent, and affectionate," which are perfect words to describe this breed.
"Golden Retrievers are playful, yet gentle with children, and they tend to get along well with other pets and strangers," the site continued.
"These dogs are eager to please, which probably explains why they respond so well to obedience training and are such popular service dogs," they continued. "They also like to work, whether it involves hunting birds or fetching their guardian's slippers."
The American Kennel Club says Golden Retrievers really just are balls of fun and always puppylike.
"Goldens are outgoing, trustworthy, and eager-to-please family dogs, and relatively easy to train," the club explains. "They take a joyous and playful approach to life and maintain this puppyish behavior into adulthood."
And yes, they're also really good at pouting.
