Jalen Green And Draya Michele Unbothered By Haters And 17-Year Age Gap Criticism: ‘We Block It Out And Mind Our Business, We’re Two Adults In Love’

NBA star Jalen Green , 22, and his girlfriend Draya Michele , 39, who’s also the mother of his newborn daughter, are unbothered by their haters and those criticizing their 17-year age gap.

The couple recently spoke with TMZ Sports about all of the backlash and trending headlines and told the outlet, “We block it out and mind our business.” While being spotted out and about in West Hollywood this week with their new baby girl in a stroller, Draya Michele and boyfriend Jalen Green said they’re unfazed by all the negative talk online.

In an interview with the couple, Draya Michele talks about her bounce back from giving birth to her third child, and first with boyfriend Jalen Green. The model has two previous children from two other relationships in the past. One child is shared with Michele’s ex-fiancé and former NFL star Orlando Scandrick .

Speaking on her most recent pregnancy, Michele told TMZ that all of the breastfeeding has been keeping her in shape. Michele further revealed how well she and Green are sleeping with an infant in the house. She said, “She’s actually a really good baby. We’re well rested.”

When asked how he likes being a girl-dad, Green simply said, “Yeah, it’s been good.” The couple was also asked about their parenting styles and if they plan on being overprotective. Michele replied, “I don’t know, it’s our first girl. So, we’ll see.” Meanwhile, Green, with a huge smile on his face, blurted out, “Overprotective.”

In regards to all of the negativity plaguing the couple’s relationship, which sparked before we learned that the couple was expecting, Draya Michele told the outlet and all the critics, “We try to stay off of the internet and not really listen to that kind of stuff.” Jalen Green added, “We also don’t care.” Michele added, “Yeah, we block it out and we mind our business.”

When specifically asked if it’s shocking that people have a problem with her 17-year age gap with Jalen Green, Draya Michele said, “No. I don’t know what people’s problems is. We’re two adults being in love. I don’t why that would rub people the wrong way. It’s kind of weird. Love is love at the end of the day.” Before the interview ends, the couple is asked if they are planning on having any more children together, to which Draya Michele replies, “Who knows!” Meanwhile, Jalen Green throws his hands up and shrugs.
