    VSP: Man dead after crash in Washington County

    WASHINGTON COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) — One man is dead after a crash on North Fork River Road in Washington County, Virginia Thursday.

    Virginia State Police (VSP) reports a 1995 Jeep Wrangler was traveling westbound on the bridge over Tumbling Creek Road just before 4 p.m.

    The driver reportedly lost control, turned sideways and hit the guardrail. The vehicle then overturned and the driver was ejected, VSP stated.

    The driver, identified by police as Seth A. Easley, 43, of Saltville, died at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt, VSP reported.

    The crash remains under investigation.
