Sofía Vergara is paying tribute to her dear friend Barry Peele , who recently and unexpectedly passed away.
"My life will never be the same without you @barrypeele ❤️U," she wrote in the caption of her June 23 upload that featured a carousel of images of her with the photographer and Sotheby's International Realty agent.
The Griselda actress and America's Got Talent judge, who turns 52 next month, handpicked just under a dozen candid and posed pictures of herself with Peele through the years. Some of the pictures were selfies, while others were clearly taken by someone else as the two got ready behind the scenes ahead of big events and enjoyed a night out with friends.
Vergara wrapped up Sunday's post with a solo photo of Peele, which showed the top real estate agent in his kitchen, on his phone and in his bathrobe.

Peele–whose other clients included several other high-profile individuals, like Madonna , Demi Moore and Sharon Stone –passed away earlier this month, according to a June 14 social media post shared by Sotheby's Beverly Hills brokerage .
Fellow Sotheby's agents, including the executive vice president of the company's southern California region, Cristian David , also mourned his passing.
"It is with great sadness to share with you that our beloved colleague and friend Barry Peele has suddenly passed away," David wrote at the time. "Barry has been a loyal long-time seasoned agent with the brand and will be remembered as an outstanding individual who lived his life to the fullest and who enjoyed spending time with his closest friends many of whom have been his clients."
"He will certainly be missed," David added, "May he rest in peace, Barry."
