OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) — The superintendent at Ohio County Schools is preparing to lead more than just the school administrators within her district.

Dr. Kim Miller was recently nominated and elected as the next president of the West Virginia Association of School Administrators.

Dr. Miller says she is excited to begin her role as president and looks forward to working with everyone involved.

We will continue to work on great professional development opportunities throughout the year. We plan to work with our legislators. Whenever you’re looking at opportunities to frame the educational process and be a part of that. This is a great opportunity to do that. So we will just continue to move forward and make everything possible for our kids.”
