Brophy’s appointment-only showroom, which opened in September, gives customers a tailored shopping experience, complete with a smoothie, tea, or coffee. The majority of the kitchen area features concrete, which Brophy chose for its simplicity. “I really wanted something that (would allow me to) bring in different styles, and they would work with this kitchen,” Brophy says.
