Lunch Bunch serving up music through Aug. 14

SMITHFIELD — This year’s Music for the Lunch Bunch concert series premiered last week at First Presbyterian Church, 215 S. Third St.

The remaining dates and performers are below. The music starts at 12:15 p.m., and unless otherwise noted, the programs are at First Presbyterian.

June 26 — JoCo Jazz Professor and Gramps, a group made up of Ned Attack, Virgil Early, Wingate Lassiter, Jesse Pittard and Jesse Shelton.

July 10 — pianist Jonathan Levin.

July 17 — organist Kelly Harris, soprano Carmen Parker and pianist Todd Johnson at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Second Street in Smithfield.

July 24 — pianist Dara Edwards.

July 31 — violinist Halle Adams, cellist Ruth King and pianist Kristen Anderson.

Aug. 7 — soprano Donna Stephenson and pianist Todd Johnson.

Aug. 14 — Neuse Little Theatre performers at The Hut on South Front Street in Smithfield.

The performances run about 30 minutes. Admission is free.
