General Hospital fans are speculating Molly might have a "miracle baby" after a possible betrayal by her sister Kristina who is also her surrogate.
Kristina previously has had many Freudian slips by calling Molly and TJ's baby's hers and expressing the desire to have a family recently. In Monday's General Hospital, TJ approached Molly to understand why she was upset but to also apologize to her since they've been fighting recently, especially about Kristina. TJ has been suspicious of Kristina and also disapproving of her actions in the past - specifically when he didn't want her to be around her dad, Sonny.
TJ continued his apology by telling Molly that the decision to make Kristina their surrogate was their decision. He also said that he thought Kristina was a good choice since Kristina loves Molly and wouldn't do anything intentionally to hurt her. The two hugged and Molly confessed emotionally that she is having panicked thoughts that Kristina "will not be able to let go of our child" and then asked TJ, "What if we were wrong to trust my sister?"

TJ guided Molly to their couch as he tried to comfort her. He said that Kristina keeping their baby is "my worst nightmare" but that it’s any parents' using a surrogate. TJ then said reassuringly to Molly that Kristina loves them and did this for them since they wanted a child. Molly responded that they are the ones who want to be parents not Kristina. She added that Kristina is in a new relationship and "motherhood is the last thing on her mind."
The conversation turned playful as they talked about their "perfect" baby and how the baby will sleep at night, never scream and not want any screen time. After joking about their "perfect" baby, TJ said, "Let's try to have faith in your sister" and Molly said I will if you will. TJ replied, "Deal."
They continued their conversation by talking about the future and how their home will be filled with baby things. TJ and Molly were in agreement that they they want to do right by their child and let them know they are loved. Molly recalled their prior conversation about how their life will change with the baby and said how they won't have a lot of time together. She used that to seduce TJ by saying they have to make up for it and then the two started to kiss passionately and shedding clothing.
Fans on social media started to come up with theories. One of those theories include that Molly might get pregnant instead and have a 'miracle baby' with TJ. One fan wrote: "TJ & Molly are hunching......which will result in a miracle pregnancy for Molly." A second said: "Possibly GH story, Kristina doesn't want to give up the baby and this new sex scene leads to Molly becoming pregnant. And now #Kristina and Molly both have a child by TJ. Just like their fathers. #FamilyTradition #CousinSiblings"
Another said: "Molly should get her miracle baby," and a fourth fan said, "Sooooo Molly gonna end up pregnant, right?"
