SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Woodbury County has declared a state of emergency due to recent severe flooding.

On Monday, June 24, Woodbury County Board of Supervisors chairman Matthew Ung announced that he had signed an emergency disaster declaration for the county.
