    A Gloversville man was found not fit to stand trial by a judge on Monday afternoon in Fulton County Court. It stems from a 2022 Johnstown killing of a 77-year-old man. Also, the New York State Department of Transportation said the Capital Region has been awarded $13.6 million for community-based investments.
