    Delicious beefy bacon and tomato wraps

    If you love BLT sandwiches, then you have to try these amazing beefy bacon and tomato wraps. This recipe makes about 20 wraps, perfect for family gatherings or a tasty dinner on the 4th of July.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 large tomato, diced
    • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
    • 1 pound of bacon
    • 2 pounds of ground beef
    • 1 finely diced onion
    • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper flakes
    • 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
    • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
    • Shredded cheese
    • Sour cream, salad dressing, or plain Greek yogurt
    • 20 (6-inch) soft-shell flour tortillas

    Instructions:

    In a skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic on high heat for about fifteen minutes until the meat is browned. Drain the grease and transfer the meat to a bowl.

    Add the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper flakes, seasoning salt, black pepper, and chili powder to the meat mixture. Mix well.

    Fry the bacon in a skillet until it's cooked to your liking, then transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate.

    On a flour tortilla, sprinkle a generous amount of cheese. Add a layer of the seasoned beef on top, followed by two to three slices of cooked bacon.

    Put a dollop of sour cream on the beef layer and spread it out evenly. Add another layer of seasoned beef (optional) and sprinkle diced tomatoes and lettuce on top.

    To wrap the tortilla, fold the top and bottom over the beef mixture, then fold the sides over each other like an envelope to secure the filling inside.

    Repeat these steps to make the rest of your beefy bacon and tomato wraps.
