Teyana Taylor’s divorce from ex-husband Iman Shumpert appears to be nearing its financial conclusion, with reports indicating a sizable settlement for the singer .

Fans were shocked when Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert announced their divorce earlier this year. The couple, who married in 2016, were considered one of Hollywood’s most admired pairs, and they frequently shared glimpses of their life together on social media .

Taylor reportedly filed for divorce eight months before announcing her and Shumpert’s separation last January. Taylor wanted to keep the pending divorce private . Still, it became public after Shumpert used their full names in a court filing.

The presiding judge gave Taylor and Shumpert a deadline of July 27 to submit the terms of their divorce settlement , specifying the conditions of child support and a parenting plan. The former couple has seemingly reached an agreement.

According to TMZ , the judge gave them a strict deadline, warning that the divorce may be removed from the judge’s calendar if the two missed the deadline. Still, they can resume the divorce in court again .

According to a judge’s ruling obtained by theJasminBrand, Teyana Taylor is entitled to retain four key marital properties. These properties, estimated to be worth more than $10 million, are thought to be significant assets from their shared estate.

An important aspect of the settlement is Taylor’s retention of full ownership of her companies, Taylormade and Auntie’s.

Iman Shumpert has also been ordered to make a one-time seven-figure payment to Teyana Taylor. Furthermore, he will keep his luxurious Miami condo and own his South Georgia Compound and Decatur, Georgia Compound.

One notable aspect of the settlement is the monthly child support payment. Shumpert must pay $8, 000 in child support per month. The court has also ordered Shumpert to pay 100% of their daughter’s private school fees.
