Time to pull an alarm on Jamaal Bowman’s career in Congress

An old saying is that “all good things must come to an end.”

And while no one should really categorize Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) as a good thing, it should be celebrated that his time in Congress appears to be coming to an end.

Barring an unforeseen wave of political support, Bowman is expected to lose the Democratic primary for New York’s 16th Congressional District. A recent poll from Emerson College and the Hill showed Bowman losing by 17 points, 48% to 31%, to challenger Westchester County Executive George Latimer. Granted, this isn’t definitive proof of Bowman’s defeat, and technically, he could still win. However, if political accountability and justice exist, he won’t.

Bowman, who escaped any legitimate punishment for falsely pulling a fire alarm in Congress — and then lying about why he did it — has been nothing more than a loudmouthed, bullying, inflammatory, deceitful, and manipulative socialist since he was elected into office. He has neither the temperament nor the intellect to be a sitting member of Congress. He’s arguably an embarrassment to his office.

Look no further than his recent political rally, which more resembled a trashy music festival or concert than a rally for a member of Congress. Bowman was onstage giving a profanity-laced speech, jumping up and down in a bright yellow shirt, acting like a child instead of an adult with a congressional election in a few days. It was indicative of the exact cultural rot and decay plaguing our nation. These antics are on top of his regular penchant for dishonesty, bigotry, radical left-wing ideals, and socialist-fueled anti-American beliefs.

Since being elected to Congress, Bowman has shown exactly why he should have never been elected in the first place. He has been a master of spreading misinformation and engaging in repeated attempts of intimidation, such as the time he was needlessly yelling and shouting at Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) in the halls of Congress while talking about guns. He does everything Democrats say they hate out of a politician, yet because of the “D” that comes after his name to identify his political party they are fine with it.

Bowman is a disgrace to Congress. It is time for voters to pull the alarm on Bowman’s congressional career and send him to the ash heap of history.
