CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJMN) – Authorities in Chocolay Township are asking for the public’s help while investigating an animal abandonment complaint.

Chocolay Township Police are looking for a person by the name of Starlene (Bartol) Wentworth. Authorities believe Wentworth has knowledge of the allegations.

We contacted authorities about a possible picture to help locate Wentworth. They did not have one available. They did provide us with pictures of multiple cats involved in the animal abandonment complaint.

Authorities are asking anyone with contact information for Wentworth or knows where they might be, please call 906-249-4040 or email police@chocolay.gov
