8 Best Items To Buy at Kohl’s in July
By Dawn Allcot,
Like many retailers, Kohl’s holds a giant Black Friday-style sale in July to compete with Amazon Prime Day. Unlike other Kohl’s sales, which you can find in stores, Kohl’s Summer Cyber Deals takes place entirely online.
If this summer’s event, which should coincide with Amazon Prime’s two-day event in mid-July, is like last year, you can also expect to earn $10 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend. Plus, join the free Rewards program for another 5% cash back, delivered in the form of a coupon at the end of every month when you earn at least $5 that month. Kohl’s Card holders earn 7.5% on qualifying purchases, so the cash back adds up quickly.
Kohl’s hasn’t released its best deals for the Summer Cyber sale, or even the dates, for that matter, but based on what’s on the website now and what deals it advertised last year, here’s a glimpse at what you might expect to find.

Fitbit
Fitbit fitness trackers, from the state-of-the-art Sense 2 health tracker and smartwatch to the Inspire 3 tracker, often go on sale for at least 20% off. Keep an eye out for deals during the Kohl’s Summer Cyber Sale.
Last year, Kohl’s marked down the Google Nest Learning Thermostat to $189.99 from $249.99. Expect a similar sale this year, especially since Amazon is also likely to mark down this popular smart home product.
Last year, Kohl’s advertised steep discounts of 50% to 60% off select luggage. The store often puts the Samsonite brand on sale, especially the hardside spinner suitcases. Right now, you can find different sizes of the Samsonite Ziplite 5 Hardside Spinner suitcase marked down to $139.99 to $209.99 (originally priced $279.99 to $419.99). Look for other models to join this one on sale in July.

Nerf Toys
If you’re looking for the new Nerf Better Than Balloons water pods that have been going viral with 60.2 million TikTok posts, you’re likely to find them marked down a few bucks at Kohl’s in July. Last year, Kohl’s offered 15% off Nerf toys during the July sale.

Bath Towels
July is known as one of the best months to buy home goods like bedding, linen and towels. Kohl’s offers The Big One bath towels, which are plush, cozy, oversized and available in a variety of colors to match your bathroom decor. The Big One bath towel is a deal right now at $4.99, but it may drop in price a bit in July.
Look for BOGO $1 (Buy One, Get One for $1) deals on kids clothing from brands like Jumping Beans and Carter’s during this summer’s sale. If you don’t want to wait, you’ll find tons of Jumping Beans graphic tees for girls on clearance right now at Kohls.com.

Food Network Cookware
Shoppers can expect to see Food Network cookware sets marked down at Kohls.com in July. There are a few great deals for June, too, including BOGO 50% off select items for the kitchen and steeply discounted, pre-seasoned cast iron cookware. If you’ve never cooked with cast iron, it’s a good time to try it. Nothing short of your outdoor grill sears a steak like a sizzling hot cast iron skillet.

Inflatable and Above Ground Pools
If you haven’t already put up a pool this summer and the heat is starting to get to you, it’s not too late. Last year, Kohl’s offered up to 50% off pools and splash pads. You might expect similar deals on inflatable and frame pools from brands like Intex and Bestway this July.
Stay tuned for more Kohl’s deals this summer.
