Crews have completely contained the wildfire dubbed "1-2" that ignited Monday evening in San Joaquin County, according to Cal Fire.

As of Tuesday 4:38 p.m., the blaze that has burned 215 acres was at 100% containment and prompted no evacuations, Cal Fire spokesperson Emily Kilgore confirmed.

The fire was first reported Monday 5:30 p.m. at North Waverly and East Flood roads, east of the unincorporated area of Linden, near the Calaveras County line.

Though lighting was recently reported all around the area covered by the CalFire Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit, the cause of the fire remains unknown and pends the results of further investigation, according to Cal Fire.

Multiple surrounding fire agencies collaborated to battle it, according to Cal Fire.
