    Toaster Strudel just brought back a fan-favorite for the first time in almost a decade.

    Are you a die-hard frosting fan? If so, you are going to love what Toaster Strudel just announced. This one is for all you frosting lovers!

    The frosting—or icing, as it's sometimes called—is the best part of a lot of pastries, and Toaster Strudels knows that. That's why, for the first time in nearly a decade, it's bringing back the one thing we've all wanted- more icing!

    @snachwithzach

    Pillsbury just announced a BUNCH of new snack/grocery items and the list is looking pretty stacked! On it is everything from cookie doughs and garlic breadsticks to cereal-inspired waffles such as Trix and Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the return of MEGA ICING Toaster Struedels for the first time in almost a decade. Anybody else hyped for these releases? #snacks #groceryshopping #pillsbury #baking #waffles #garlicbread #foodtok #foodnews #eating #breakfast

    We Can't Wait To Get These

    Toaster Strudels are a popular breakfast pastry produced by Pillsbury that consists of a flaky crust filled with sweet fillings in various flavors, like strawberry or cherry. They come with a packet of icing that you can drizzle on top.

    Toaster Strudels were introduced in 1985 as a way to compete with Kellogg's Pop-Tarts, and for 30 years, they offered the same type and amount of icing in the packets, but that changed in 2015, when Pillsbury debuted Toaster Strudels with Mega Icing.

    These Strudels included almost double portions of the icing packet. As you can imagine, fans rushed to get these because who can say no to all that frosting? Sadly, it didn't last long and the company discontinued the Mega Icing pastries.

    That is, until now!

    Starting in late June, Mega Icing Toaster Strudels will be available in select stores for a limited time. During that time, the Strawberry and Strawberry Cream Cheese flavors (and only those flavors) will have almost double the amount of icing as much icing in a box. Don't worry, you can still get boxes of these with the original amount of icing if you don't want extra portions.

    Pillsbury is Releasing More Goodies

    Of course, most people do want the extra sweet vanilla-flavored frosting, and they have taken to social media to express their excitement.

    Content creator @snachwithzach released a video sharing the news, and he also shared that Pillsbury would be releasing Mini Cins, which is essentially like cinnamon roll pull-apart bread. This one seemed to be the item people were most excited about.

    Several teachers took to the comments to say that their school's cafeteria offers them on certain days, but they've always wanted to have them at home. Well, now they can, and so can you! They will be rolling put to stores soon.

    "I have been asking for mini cins for years," someone said.

    "I was just talking about the mini cinns at work," another person added.

    Between these and the Mega Icing Toaster Strudles, Pillsbury just raised the bar on quick breakfast items and we can't wait to grab them all!
