Lacey Evans Comments On Whether She’s Interested In Returning To The Ring

Following her WWE departure last year, Lacey Evans, real name Macey Estrella-Kadlec, has been focusing on her family and multiple businesses, including launching a premium content adult website . However, many of the former Marines fans are still hoping she will eventually return the ring. And now, during a recent interview with YouTuber Carlo Perruzza , she has revealed she is open to it “If there’s a company out there that will bring me in to kick ass,” although noted pro wrestling isn’t her passion.

“I love wrestling, don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t my passion, but I love the hard-hitting action. If there’s a company out there that will bring me in to kick ass and get my ass kicked, that’s great. But right now, we are focused on a lot. We have a lot of investment properties. We invested from all the blessings that WWE has given us. We have a construction company, my husband’s a general contractor, which we’ve run prior to WWE. So we do a lot. We also teach our kids work ethic. We have Air BNBs, we have properties, we have a cafe named after our girls. I homeschool, I take all that very, very seriously.”

After several years as part of the military, in 2014, Macey began training at a local wrestling school in Georgia, going on to sign with WWE two years later.  From there, she would debut in NXT, establishing herself as one of the top heels in WWE’s women’s division before joining the main roster in 2019. Subsequently, she would feature in a storyline with Ric Flair, with it believed she was next in line to win the Raw Women’s Championship. Yet following the news of her pregnancy, that plan was scrapped, and despite returning to television just over a year later, her momentum was gone, with her new military gimmick seemingly not impressing those in power.
