Husband, wife found dead with gunshot wounds in Pike County

PIKE COUNTY, KY (WOWK) — A husband and wife were found dead with gunshot wounds in the Shelby Gap community of Pike County, according to the Kentucky State Police.

They say the two were found at a residence on Kelly Mountain Road on Tuesday.

Rickie Potter, 57, and Sabrina Potter, 51, were pronounced dead at the residence. According to the KSP, Rickie Potter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The press release says the two were husband and wife.

Law enforcement is not looking for any suspects at this time, according to a press release.
